While the staff was kind and professional, the wait time was COMPLETELY unacceptable. I had an 8 am appointment — I didn't see the dentist until 9:10. Then I waited another FULL HOUR before I saw the dental hygienist. I missed three hours of work and wasted money on Uber because, if I had known I was actually going to be admitted later, I would have driven there myself after dropping my kids off. I will not be coming back. Only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is that the teeth cleaning was done well — two hours late.

I brought my 6-yr-old child here for the first time. The lack of bedside manner or empathy with a young child really surprised & irritated me. She wasn’t cooperating with X-rays because it was a first & was uncomfortable. But the dental assistants didn’t help by displaying their irritation. One even told her that if she cooperates, “mom will buy you ice cream”, which I didn’t say or promise. Their irritation made her cry while they told me the dentist won’t see her. Ultimately the dentist came & was kinder but told me there’s nothing she can do without Xrays. The visit was abruptly over. If they treat pediatric patients, I couldn’t tell by the way they acted. Will never go back to this practice.

I can’t ever complain about Eastern Dental. My experiences has always been TOP TIER. My most recent was with Dr. R Patel & Sole. The fastest fillings in the east. I was literally in and out within 45 minutes. Mind you the first appointment is always a little longer but as long as you have patience the ladies do see you in order and on time. But back to Dr R Patel so kind so informative and Sole completes him with the professionalism. I love my staff at Eastern Dental <3

There was an issue with my daughter's appointment; however, the staff was VERY accommodating and resolved the visit! Awesome experience!

The dentist was amazing. It was my 1st time meeting and getting work from him and i absolutely loved it. I was completely comfortable and he was beyond gentle and kind. He informed me of what i would feel, when i would feel it and he made sure i was at ease. He worked very fast and talked me through the procedure as well as made small talk and consistently made sure i was fine. He really made me relax and at ease to be at a dentist and he spent no time getting my decaying wisdom tooth out. He is the best and i would recommend for people who fears dentist to come and see him!!
